They did an excellent job for us and we actually have used them several times. Jimmie was super nice over the phone and set up the time, and Jason, who came to our location to shred everything was super nice, polite and efficient. Everyone there is great, and they make it easy to set up and get the job done quickly. We wouldn't think of using any other shredder company ever. Just great customer service which is rare these days.

Your driver Nick is a very polite and professional team member. He took care of business and made sure that everything we wanted to be removed was taken care of per our request.
He made sure everything was taken out of our offices and onto the truck and nothing was left behind.

My shred representative showed up and ready to shred. He was pleasant, professional, understanding and very accommodating. He was very pleasant to speak with. The service was very quick. I recommend The Shred Truck for your shredding needs. I am already scheduled for another service. I appreciate the follow up call after the service. It allowed me to schedule a repeat visit without thought.
