After speaking with a few companies, our administrator chose to go with the Shred Truck, and I'm so happy he did. Andrew was amazing from the quote process, to the call to let us know when he, Don, and the truck would be at the office, to the amazingly fast process of shredding boxes that had been covering a good portion of our office's floor. With Andrew and Don helping us, the shredding that would have taken months, was done in less than 10 minutes. We will happily be calling back after our next file purge!

I was awestruck by the service. Very professional. The files were put into a bin and taken to the truck where it was shredded on site. It took about 15 minutes to load 10 boxes and shred them. It was really impressive to watch on the screen as the documents were being shredded. This service is far better than my other options--like taking the boxes to a collection site and putting the boxes in a locker to wait a month before shredding. It actually turned out to be cheaper--because my other options charged by the pound and The Shred Truck charges by the bin. I am a loyal customer and I highly recommend the service.

The Shred Truck provides the containers, pick up and shredding services on site! Andrew and Don are extremely professional and efficient. NaTasha is great to work with, as well. Highly Recommend.

Great Service! Highly Recommend The Shred Truck!

I highly recommend the Shred Truck for all of your PII shredding needs. We have used them twice now, where they have come to our residence. They are always very polite and friendly, and they take care of business very quickly. You can watch your information and paperwork being shredded via an on truck screen that shows it going through the shredding. It takes just a matter of minutes, and the cost is very reasonable. This is a great company!

Would highly recommend this company. Very professional and efficient. The response time was lightning fast. Set up the on-site service around 10 a.m. and they were there by 11:15 a.m. The technician was polite and helpful. Two thumbs-up!
